As part of our ongoing service, the Telecoms Office periodically runs upgrade projects to swap out some of the older models of VoIP phones in the estate for newer models.
The main reason for this is that, over time, Cisco removes support for older models from the CallManager system.
On this page we will list any current or upcoming upgrade projects being undertaken, with information regarding which models will be upgraded and to what.
