The Telecoms Helpdesk are always available to help, however there are certain requests that must be passed to us via your Local Telephone Liaison Officer (TLO).
Telephone Liaison Officers (TLOs) provide an authorised link between the Telecoms Office, the participating institutions and their extension users.
NOTE: Requests for changes to the display, levels of access, and other rearrangements should be routed through your local TLO.
